Custom operations software
Leverage your business with custom software.
We design and build software around the way your company already works — modern, automated, and AI where it earns its place. You own the code, and you stop paying by the seat.

The situation
You run a real company on six tools that barely talk.
A CRM for customers. An accounting app for invoices. A project tracker for the work. A drive for documents. A spreadsheet for the pipeline. And three manual exports every Friday so leadership can see straight.
- 01
Your team types the same thing three times
The order goes into the CRM, then the spreadsheet, then the invoice. Every hand-off is a chance to get it wrong.
- 02
Monday's numbers are assembled by hand
Someone spends half a day stitching exports together, and by the time it is read the picture has already moved.
- 03
Your process changed. Your tools did not
You work around the software instead of the other way around, and the workaround becomes the process.
- 04
Your customer data lives on four vendors' servers
Split across subscriptions you renew every year, in formats you do not control, priced per person on your team.
It works. It just isn't your company — it's a compromise you inherited from software built for someone else.
How it works
Four steps. No shortcuts.
Every engagement opens with a free audit. We listen, we map what you actually do, and we decide together whether we are the right team for it.
- W1
Audit
Week 1
We interview you and the people doing the work, map your current process end to end, and hand you a written report on where it leaks. Free, and yours to keep.
- W2
Blueprint
Week 2
We design every key screen and your data model, then walk you through them. You approve the whole thing before we write a line of code.
- W3
Build
Weeks 3–10
One sprint a week, with a working demo at the end of each. You watch it take shape, adjust as you go, and start using parts of it before the rest is finished.
- W∞
Evolve
Included
You own the code from the first commit. We stay on to grow the system as the company changes, at whatever pace that takes.
Case studies

What we build
Standalone modules, assembled to fit.
Every system is different, but it is usually made of the same parts. We build only the ones you need, shaped to your workflow.
CRM
Customers & pipeline
Leads, deals, scoring and follow-up automation — built around your sales cycle, not Salesforce's.
OPS
Projects & jobs
Time, tasks, deliverables and margin per project, with the numbers your trade actually measures.
FIN
Quotes, invoices & finance
Estimates, invoices, reminders and accounting exports — connected to your bank and your accountant.
TEAM
People & scheduling
Staff, roles, permissions, planning and workload, so who does what is never a guess.
DASH
Dashboards
The figures you need every Monday, calculated live. No export, no spreadsheet, no half day of stitching.
API
Integrations
QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Slack, your existing ERP. We connect what earns its place and replace what doesn't.
In their words
What operators say once it ships.
They understood our constraints fast and came back with exactly the right solution. Sharp, smart, responsive — a pleasure to be supported this well.
Founder · Swiss watch brand
It changed the way we work. Fewer duplicate tasks, less information lost, real flow between our core tool and our CRM. We gained time, clarity and energy.
Partner · Insurance brokerage
Our students deserve the best, so we had a platform built entirely around them. I'm proud to offer that to five hundred students a year.
Director · Vocational training
They put their finger on my problems immediately. Together we built something simple but effective that saves me time every single day.
Owner · Industrial vehicle rental
The automation they put in place fits exactly how I work. A few rounds back and forth to build it together, and I'm thrilled with what we ended up with.

How engagements work
The terms, before you ask.
The audit is free
A week of interviews and process mapping, delivered as a written report. If you stop there, you keep it.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get both in writing after the blueprint, before any commitment. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.
You approve every screen
Nothing gets built from a paragraph in a spec. You see and sign off on the interface first.
You own the code
Full source in your own repository from the first commit. No license, no per-seat fee, nothing that makes leaving expensive.
Questions
The things people ask on the first call.
It depends on scope, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can commit to is the shape of it: the audit is free, the price is fixed and quoted in writing after the blueprint, and you approve it before anything gets built. Most owners weigh it against two things — what one senior hire costs in a year, and what their current stack costs per seat over three. The audit gives you both numbers.
Audit in week one, blueprint in week two, build from week three. A first working version is usually in production around week five or six, and full rollout lands between weeks eight and ten. You use parts of the system well before the rest is finished.
You do. Full source in your own repository from the first commit, with documentation. There is no license to renew, no per-seat fee, and no clause that makes leaving us expensive.
They're genuinely good for internal prototypes and small teams, and we'll tell you when that's the right answer. They hit a ceiling on workflows that don't fit the grid, on performance once the data grows, and on ownership — you're still renting, per person, forever.
A good hire takes three months to find and two more to ramp, and then your system depends on one person staying. We ship in eight to ten weeks with a team, and you keep the code, the documentation and the ability to hire that developer later to run it.
We stay on. Bugs are ours to fix, at no cost. New features get scoped and quoted the same way the first build was. Plenty of clients bring us back twice a year; some never need to.
Yes. QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Slack, your existing ERP — we connect what earns its place and replace what doesn't. Part of the audit is deciding which is which.
You keep the report: a written map of how your company actually operates and where it leaks time. No obligation, no invoice, and no follow-up sequence.
Free audit
Built for operators who have outgrown their tools.
Tell us what's broken. We'll come back within two business days with an honest read on whether custom software is the right answer — and say so if it isn't.
